Biography:

Identical twins Camille and Kennerly have performed professionally from the age of 17 as duet harpists known as “HarpReflections”. Nicknamed the “Harp Twins” by their fans, Camille and Kennerly have a passion and flair for arranging contemporary music for harp duet. The twins were trained classically but their true love and passion is playing rock, pop, hip-hop, country, jazz, crossover, and any other type of music that one would not expect to hear on the harp. Camille and Kennerly are known for their remarkable duet harp arrangements of songs by artists such as Lady Gaga, Bon Jovi, Led Zeppelin, Rihanna, Journey, Johnny Cash, OutKast, Coldplay, Taylor Swift, P!nk, and many more. Camille and Kennerly also write and compose original pieces for harp duet.

The twins frequently perform together as featured artists for many corporate, private, public, academic, philanthropic, and political events. Camille and Kennerly were featured musicians at the Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Celebration in Springfield, Illinois, playing for three events over two days, including a dinner where President Barack Obama was the speaker. The twins also performed for the President’s Dinner of the Illinois Community College Trustee’s Association, held in Springfield, IL. Additionally, Camille and Kennerly performed for a retirement dinner honoring United States Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert. Other notable duet harp performances include a luncheon where Mrs. Laura Bush was the featured speaker and a dinner event with former Vice President Cheney as the special guest.

Camille and Kennerly graduated “Summa Cum Laude” (with highest honors) from the prestigious Conservatory of Music at Wheaton College, both with a Bachelor of Music degree in Harp Performance. They were on the Dean’s list and earned straight As. Prior to transferring to the Conservatory, Camille and Kennerly were in the music studies program at College of DuPage for two years. While at COD they were in the Honors Scholar Program, inducted into the National Honor Society Phi Theta Kappa, published authors in the academic journal Essai, held a 4.0 out of 4.0 GPA, and were faculty nominated scholars for both years – representing their college at several state-wide events.

Camille and Kennerly were profiled on the Discovery Health TV Channel as “America's Most Identical Female Twins.” Although harp is their passion, the twins have many broad interests and enjoy the demands and challenges of other performance, acting, and media work.

This fall/winter, Camille and Kennerly are scheduled to co-star in the feature film: “Creeporia: The Movie.” Creeporia’s writer/director is Emmy-nominated, Hollywood veteran, John Semper – known especially for animated tv series such as Spiderman, The Jetsons, Scooby Doo, The Pink Panther, Alvin and the Chipmunks, etc.

Camille and Kennerly made their Hollywood film debut as the “Merry Christian Twins” in the feature film “Politics of Love”/”Love, Barack,” directed by William Dear (“The Perfect Game,” “Angels in the Outfield”). “Politics of Love” is scheduled for release in theaters in spring 2011. This summer, Camille and Kennerly portrayed the “Marcelli Twins” in the dark teen comedy “Blacktino” Produced by Elizabeth Avellan (Sin City, Predators, Machete) and starring Danny Trejo (Machete), Michelle Rodriguez (Avatar), and Jeff Fahey (“Lost”) – scheduled for release in spring, 2011. The twins also currently have supporting cast roles playing 16-year-old twin sisters Megan and Mallory Tate, in the urban teen drama series “The In Crowd” that is filming on the south side of Chicago. Camille and Kennerly made their professional musical theater debut as “The Geminae” in the musical comedy A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum by award-winning, professional theatre company: Theatre Nebula, for their Spring 2010 season. Among other short film roles, Camille and Kennerly had principle roles in Nitestar Production’s entry into the Chicago 48 Hour Film Project: “Inside America,” a Mockumentary (comedic mock documentary) about discrimination. The twins also co-starred in a graduate student thesis sci-fi film, “The End of Lost Beginnings,” funded by the Gary Marshall Grant at Northwestern University and filmed in the Michigan Historical Museum. Camille and Kennerly were featured in TV commercials for Chupa Chups lollypops which aired for two years on national television in Japan, as well as on-line. As models, Camille and Kennerly have done commercial photos for several new clothing lines, and for three consecutive years, Camille and Kennerly were chosen to do live runway modeling for Seventeen Magazine/JC Penney at “Rock Your Prom” fashion events

Camille and Kennerly are Third Degree Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do and were Tae Kwon Do instructors for 6 years. The twins are also "Distinguished Experts" in rifle marksmanship (the highest level). The twins know sign language and volunteered for over 6 years at a monthly Deaf fellowship. Additionally, Camille and Kennerly have been volunteer companions for special needs children, teens, and young adults for over 10 years.
